I turn raw data into insights, build the dashboards leadership uses to make calls, and get self-service analytics into the hands of the people who need them — so the reporting bottleneck stops being a bottleneck.
Most of my work happens between technical and non-technical teams. I keep the translation clean both ways, cut the inefficiencies out of how reports get made, and lean on automation wherever it pays back.

Worldwide Senior Business & Data Analyst
Launched a next-generation global reporting platform, transitioning from Excel and Qlik to Power BI — onboarded 600+ users and multiplied information output 10×. Designed leadership dashboards for contract management, financial analysis and process optimization; pioneered a self-service BI approach and led training on visualization and analytics best practices.
Data Analytics Instructor
Delivered immersive online training in SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel and Python. Guided 20+ learners through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, smoothing career transitions into data analysis roles.
Senior Analysis Business Partner
Strategic partner linking data insights to business objectives. Championed the migration from Excel to Power BI, defined KPIs with cross-functional teams, and built interactive dashboards that improved resource allocation, cost management and overall efficiency.
Customer Insights Manager
Developed an interdepartmental analytics dashboard that improved campaign analysis and customer engagement. Introduced a prepaid offer through data mining and modeling — boosting retention and generating over €100K YoY. Designed a behavior-informed loyalty program.
